WARNER ROBINS, GA: This past weekend at Warner Robins, we took about 15 students to WRHS in competition for an IE All State Bid and more practice in Policy and PF. Well, Alex and Daniel finished 2nd Place in DUO Interp (ranked 4th in GA) and received an All State Bid! Sonika and Shaheen went 4-1 and won their elim round to become JV Champions! Eric and Trusha didn’t drop a single ballot on their journey to a PF Championship!

WINSTON SALEM, NC: The Fayette team traveled to Wake Forest University this past weekend to compete in one of the opening National Tournaments. Sonya Jooma and Iesha White finished in the top sixteen in Junior Varsity Policy – and made it to Octofinals where they lost to the tournament champions – Chattahoochee. Eric Bogert and Trusha Daya received a lot of attention in Public Forum because of a computer mistake. Daya and Bogert were 4-2 in the preliminary rounds , however due to a computer error they were left off the Double Octofinalist pairing. However, they will still be recognized nationally as a Double Octofinalist at WFU. Congratulations everyone on an absolutely phenomenal weekend.
